LEVRE – Shipping & Order Processing


1) Average Delivery Time
Below you will find the average delivery times for our packages:
• Once an order is placed, it takes 1–3 working days to process. Orders placed during
the week are usually processed in one working day, but orders placed on Friday
evenings or during the weekend may take slightly longer.
• After processing, your order will be dispatched. Delivery typically takes 8–12
working days. We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as smooth as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team is happy to assist you.

2) Placing an Order
Ordering from LEVRE is simple:
1. Go to the product page and add your desired item to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
2. Check that you have selected the correct product variants. If everything is correct,
click “Proceed to checkout.”
3. Enter your shipping address and ensure all information is accurate. Then click
“Continue shipping.”
4. On the Dispatch page, review your address information. All shipments are sent
completely free of charge. We cover all shipping and delivery costs as a token of
appreciation for our customers. Click “Proceed to payment.”
5. Choose your preferred payment method. At LEVRE, all payments are SSLencrypted, ensuring a secure payment process. Available payment methods:
o Klarna (deferred payment)
o Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
o PayPal account
o EPS
o Sofort (immediate payment)
6. After selecting your payment method, click “Complete Order” and follow the onscreen instructions to finalize your purchase.

3) Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are covered by LEVRE. All products are delivered to your door
completely free of charge, and there is no minimum order quantity.


4) Shipping Your Order
Once your order is placed, we process and ship it as quickly as possible. To offer fair pricing, we often consolidate orders and ship in bulk once minimum quantities are reached. Please note: Due to high demand and external factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic, delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
