Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada with free tracked shipping on every order — no minimum spend, no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.


Delivery Timeframes

Order processing 1–3 business days
Shipping & delivery 8–12 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note that during peak periods — such as sales, holidays, or new collection launches — processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you informed.

How to Track Your Order

Tracking your order is simple:

  1. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number
  2. Click the tracking link in your email, or visit our Track Your Order page at levrefashion.com/apps/parcelpanel
  3. Enter your tracking number to see real-time updates on your delivery

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first — and if it's not there, reach out to us at support@levrefashion.com and we'll sort it out straight away.


What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time. However, occasional delays can happen due to high demand, carrier circumstances, or customs processing.

If your order is taking longer than expected:

  • Check your tracking link for the latest update
  • Contact us at support@levrefashion.com and we'll investigate on your behalf
  • We'll always do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. LEVRE Fashion is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us at support@levrefashion.com as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to make the correction before your order ships.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Every LEVRE order is fully insured during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived:

  • Check with neighbours or building reception first
  • Allow 1–2 additional business days, as carriers sometimes update tracking early
  • If your package still hasn't arrived, contact us at support@levrefashion.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf

We take every case seriously and will work to find a resolution.


Sustainability & Shipping

As a sustainability-conscious brand, we're aware that shipping has an environmental impact. That's why we work with carriers and packaging solutions that minimise waste wherever possible.

We also encourage mindful purchasing — ordering what you truly need, in the right size, reduces unnecessary return shipments and the emissions that come with them. Our team is always happy to help with sizing questions before you buy — just reach out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is shipping really free? Yes — always. Every order to Canada ships free, fully tracked, and fully insured. No minimum order required.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering? If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it. Contact us immediately at support@levrefashion.com.

Do you ship outside of Canada? Currently we ship to Canada only. We're working on expanding — stay tuned.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal? Occasionally tracking updates experience short delays. If there's been no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

When will my order be dispatched? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it's on its way.
