LEVRE Return Policy

Please note: Returns are not free. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns within 30 days
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided:

  • Items are in original condition, with all parts and packaging.

  • Normal handling only—damage from misuse is not accepted.

  • Items requiring hygiene are cleaned before return.

  • Defective items are reported immediately.

How to return

  1. Email support@levre.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo if damaged

    • Your full name and address

  2. Wait for our reply with the correct return address.

  3. Ship the items at your expense. Do not send items to the sender’s address.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it (personal, non-commercial purchases).

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return, excluding original shipping costs.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Important:
All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
