How to track

  1. Find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we sent after your order was dispatched.

  2. Enter the tracking number below and click Track.

  3. You’ll be taken to the carrier’s tracking page (or our tracking view) where you can see delivery updates.

If you don’t have a tracking number or the number isn’t working, email us at support@levre.com, and include your order number — we’ll help right away.

Typical tracking info includes:

  • Current location and delivery status

  • Estimated delivery date

  • Delivery attempts and proof of delivery (if available)

Most orders arrive within 6–12 business days after dispatch. If your delivery is delayed longer than expected, contact us at support@levre.com, with your order number and tracking number so we can investigate.


Quick FAQs

Q: I didn’t receive a tracking email.
A: Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact support@levre.com, with your order number — we’ll resend the tracking info.

Q: The tracking shows “in transit” but hasn’t updated for several days.
A: Shipments sometimes pause at sorting centers or customs. If the tracking doesn’t change for more than 5 business days, contact us and we’ll check with the carrier.

Q: My package says “delivered” but I don’t have it.
A: Double-check with neighbors and around the delivery address. If you still can’t find it, contact support@levre.com. With your order and tracking details and we’ll assist.
