Returns & Refunds — LEVRE Fashion

Our Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We think that's enough time to try your item properly and decide if it's right for you.


Item Condition

To keep things fair for everyone, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags still attached
  • No visible marks, stains, perfume, or damage
  • Returned in original packaging where possible

Items that don't meet these conditions may not be accepted for return. If you're unsure, just reach out — we're always happy to help.


How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's processed
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received was damaged or incorrect.

We encourage you to use a tracked shipping method when returning items, as we're unable to take responsibility for returns that don't reach us safely.

Starting a return takes less than 2 minutes:

  1. Email us at support@levrefashion.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using the instructions provided
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

That's it. No complicated forms, no long waits.


Received Something Wrong or Damaged?

If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered — we're sorry, and we'll make it right.

Contact us at support@levrefashion.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue. We'll review your case and work with you on the best solution — whether that's a replacement, a refund, or another resolution that works for you.

We handle every case individually, because we believe that's the right way to do it.


Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

We keep our exceptions minimal and fair — because we trust our customers to do the same.
