PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free returns; charges may apply.

Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The order still includes all parts, components, and packaging in their original
condition.
2. Normal use of the product is evident; damage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met,
officially acknowledged within this period.


We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return. 


Process:
1. Send an email to support@levre.com.
2. Make sure your email includes the following information:
o Order number
o Reason for the return request
o Photo of the product in case of damage
o First and last name of the customer
o Customer address


We will then provide you with the correct return address. Never send returns directly to the sender.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Cancellation Policy (Consumer Rights)
Consumers have the right to cancel under the following provisions if they are a natural person entering into a contract for purposes not primarily related to their commercial or
professional activity:

Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) receives the last goods.

As orders are processed automatically, we cannot stop shipping once an order is placed.

Therefore, a refund is not possible until you have received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform LEVRE via a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The cancellation is effective once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control. If your order is already on its way, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them. You may inform us in advance about your cancellation to prepare for the return.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, except delivery costs (unless you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). Refunds will be processed without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving notification of your withdrawal and receipt of the goods. We will use the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed; you will not be charged for the refund.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT
THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
